The point is those waiting periods can be emotionally traumatizing since you have those evil bastards screaming at women as they walk in to the clinic, throwing things at them, calling them names like whores & murderers, writing down their license plate numbers so the sick ****s can stalk them, and generally being complete pieces of dog ****.
