I refuse to believe that city like Philly doesn't have some inexpensive community pools where you can get some basic swim instruction. Its also very odd that a person with an avowed desire to be a Marine, and who has apparently tailored a workout regimen to get the fitness required over several YEARS , NEVER EVER tried to improve swimming skills???? WOW

Open House Career Days
The Philadelphia Police Department will hold three open house career days at the Philadelphia Police Academy from 9:00am to 3:00pm. The Philadelphia Police Academy is located at 8501 State Road, Philadelphia, PA 19136.
