I think I know what the problem is here. You're in the camp that whenever you see or hear something, you automatically assume God didn't create it unless proven otherwise. Oh ye of little faith.

Is believing someone is incorrect about the truth believing they are morally inferior?
No, but what if you DO believe that if someone does not believe in what you believe means that person IS morally inferior? That may not mean that it's bigotry.
A lot of Republicans are not racist, but a lot of racists are Republican.
