Ok, that makes sense . If your heart is in good condition, I don't think you are gonna die the next couple of months, but I would recommend to lower those numbers. Even if you just get a "slap in the face" attack, you are going to eat a number of pills that have some very annoying side effects. One thing is that you'll get inner bleedings that take an eternity to heal, but worse is that you'll be extremely tired.

        Yes.

        Juice bad.

        Water good.

The biggest difference I saw when I cut out meat and dairy and focused on plants and fruits was my blood became thinner and a brighter red, it used to be thick and more maroon colored and I coagulated real fast, even deeper cuts would stop bleeding on their own. While that sounds kinda cool , it does mean my poor heart was trying to pump that syrup around my system. Our evolution was centered around eating plants until recently so I'm not surprised to see how much they matter to a good diet.

                    Lipator for sure.
Plavix would be a good idea
Lovaza if your insurance covers it...if not then Omega 3 fish oil
HDL is not to bad...could be a little higher I guess, but Niaspan wouldn't be a bad idea (non flushing niacin if insurance doesn't cover Niaspan)

If you do all this and watch your fat intake, then you should live to be quite old.

Too much sugar, even if no added sugar.

You're much better off just eating a piece of fruit; more nutrition, less sugar, fewer calories.

Eating plants? Excuse me. Humans have been omnivores long before our current species.

                          Explain this:

                          Chimpanzee eating a monkey.

                          Let Sir Attenborough narrate:

Humans can eat meat. Humans are supposed to eat meat. It was the invention of agriculture and the heavy consumption of grains that was the big change in the human diet that we have not evolved to deal with.

Given that humans are omnivores and not carnivores, no, they're not "supposed" to eat meat in the sense that they can get along just fine without it.

What is your point? That we carry around a vestigial organ possibly once used for digesting plant matter but is now useless? And that's supposed to make the argument that humans aren't supposed to eat meat but supposed to be herbivores how? The appendix doesn't do anything anymore and hasn't for millions of years. Sounds like the opposite argument to me.
