I would suggest consuming 2 or three bottles of nice scotch per week. I'm sure your numbers will go up or down and, this is the important bit, you won't really give half a rat's ass.
Oh, I should point out - I am not a doctor, but I've played one on stage.

Cut carbs, exercise, and eat all the meat you want.

That is enough inspirational stuff for ya'll, for one day.

        Or is it y'all?

How do you know all your numbers anyway? You went to the doctor out of curiosity or was there a reason you had this done? I've never had such bloodwork done before and I'm older than Lori.

My numbers were borderline, and exercise fixed them.

I went to the doctor to get a new prescription of antidepressants, and he decided to do some bloodwork along with it.

Pop some fish oil capsules or increase the amount of oily fish in your diet. Eskimos/Inuit have/had a much lower incidence of heart disease..

What antidepressants are you on? This will be crucial in your scotch selection. If you are on an NDRI such as Zyban, I would recommend something peaty, like Lagavulin. If you're dealing with TCAs (Norpramin, Pertofrane), try something clear like Dalwhinney (I was drinking this last night).

I'm having yogurt and apple juice for breakfast. I'll be eating a salad at lunch. Can I watch all of Deadwood now?

First, run a half marathon. Then you can watch.

Spooning mayonnaise straight out of a jar for a reward... or have some Speck.

Back in the late 70's when they were just starting to pay attention to these types of things my father had bad numbers. The doctors gave him six months to live. All the doctors that told him that have passed away, but he's still around. So there is always hope.
It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple
