Being a government official is a choice. Oh, and joining the military is a choice too. Just as smoking pot is a choice, huh.

Felch makes an excellent point. Gay people make a choice. I don't see why people can't understand that no one has to do what their flesh tells them to do and that people don't have a right to do whatever they desire. They can have a happy life without being hedonistic.

        noun
        1. the doctrine that pleasure or happiness is the highest good.
        2. devotion to pleasure as a way of life: The later Roman emperors were notorious for their hedonism.

Yeah, I guess you probably could have a happy life by accident instead of on purpose.

Kid, do you consider it Hedonistic if Christians have sex when procreation isn't the goal?

People don't choose to be gay. No way that I believe that they do. To deny that part of themselves would be the same, but really worse, as denying that you were right-handed and insisting on trying to do things left-handed.
Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

Clearly not everybody has the same reaction to pot that I do, some people just don't enjoy it. In much the same way that not everybody is wired to be gay, not everybody is wired to be a pothead, or an alcoholic. Everybody is different, and everybody deserves equal protection under the law. I didn't choose to love pot, but I choose to smoke it. MrFun didn't choose to be gay, but he chooses to smoke dicks. Why should he be protected by law, but not me? Why is my biology a "choice," but not his?

No one said anyone chooses to be gay. We're saying it's the same thing as wanting to smoke pot or mess with kiddies.

Did you get your retardation from your mother's side, or your father's side?

There's nothing retarded about what he says. Smoking pot and homosexual relationships are both choices, that some people are inclined to choose and others aren't, and a large number of people think they know what's best for everyone.

                        Bull Shirt!
I remember when I decided to smoke pot. I remember who I was with, where we were, etc.
I didn't decide not to be gay... so, at what point did you decide not to be gay? Who were you with? Were you in the prison shower room? Dropped the soap, maybe?
