      Tebow

"The biggest reason I don't (consume alcohol) is because (if I have) a glass of wine, I don't want to be responsible for a kid looking up to me and saying, 'Hey, Tebow's doin' it — I am going to do it.' And then he makes a bad decision.
" Because, like it or not, it is serious," he says.
      No vices?
      "Nope," he says.
Tebow pauses, racking his snow-cap-covered head to come up with something.
"Love ice cream," he says. "I let myself have that about once a week. Vanilla."
When your only vice is vanilla ice cream once a week, you're doing something right

Is Tebow being arrogant or do people really base their actions off of what Tebow does? Either way it's an example of football-obsessed people being retarded.

Celebrities get emulated all the time. Athletes are role models to a lot of kids.

Stop with this disagreeing crap. You keep looking like an idiot.

What is Tebowing? (vb) to get down on a knee and start praying, even if everyone else around you is...

Thank you for confirming that there are a lot of stupid people. I never emulated athletes as a kid because I'm not retarded but it looks like football fans are.

Tebow says he's "too busy" for a girlfriend. Uh-huh. How many times have I heard this sentiment before?

Combined with his blatant gay face, I'm pretty confident Tebow is a big ol' mary.

As for the other ladies, Tebow told the national newspaper he is "too busy with football and life" for a girlfriend and "it's hard."

Another life ruined by Christianity. Tebow is a bad influence on kids.

To be honest, I'm usually not a fan of this line of thought (though I hear it enough in Christian circles). Someone may emulate you and do something too far, but the responsible thing is to do it in moderate amounts. I mean people could see you eat ice cream and be compelled to eat ice cream for every meal and become obese as well.

There we have it. Moderation in all things. I've been saying it for years.
Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

No. Alcohol is bad. It is a poison. Why would you moderate something like that?

Moderation in cocaine usage, too, I guess

Paracelsus, the father of toxicology, once wrote: "Everything is poison, there is poison in everything. Only the dose makes a thing not a poison."

If you moderate something it's no longer poison

However, some things are more challenging to moderate than others. Avoiding overdose is a lot easier with alcohol than it is with, say, cocaine
