Well let's see... Schwarzenegger was at 250lbs. I don't know his body fat % but he was probably at 7% for his bodybuilding competitions. That's 17.5lbs of fat.

A man of similar height 6'2" who is thin probably weighs 170lbs with 15% bodyfat. That's 25.5lbs of fat.

So even in absolute terms, a 250lb swole man can have less fat than a 170lb skinny man.

But absolutes are ****ing retarded. You're going to say a 6'5" man is fat because he weighs 200lbs when he's probably much skinnier than a 5'6" man who weighs 170lbs.

For a 15% bodyfat man (which is not fat by any appearance) to have only 17.5lbs of fat, they'd have to weigh 116lbs.

6'1" 180lb. Not alot of muscle unfortunately, probably around 20% bodyfat. Of course, I peaked to 220lb at one point so I'm pretty happy now. I wouldn't mind getting into the 160-170 range and start weightlifting again.
