Tonight's dinner wasn't that bad. I had two slices of New Haven style pizza (cooked in a coal fired oven, ultra thin crust, this one had salami & mushrooms on it) and a side salad with vinegar and oil dressing with a pint of White Gypsy Cask #1 (beer from Ireland); New Haven style pizza uses a coal fired oven which burns much hotter than wood so it makes a crisp but chewy crust which is ultra thin. Tomorrow we're going to a Filipino restaurant for breakfast/brunch and while I'm not a super fan of Filipino food I do like how they'll serve goat soup and BBQed whole pig for brunch.

Barbeque hamburger and hotdog for dinner. Now a pack of ritz crackers and glass of milk for a snack. (It's healthy because they're roasted vegetable ritz crackers, right?)

                      ritz has trans fat
they try to trick you with the labeling laws that allow them to round down
but on the box it says partially hydrogenated fetus oil
                      that's trans fat

So you're saying the fetus is a transvestite?

Speaking of goats and being a fat bastard... I definately want to try this place out: http://thesmokinggoatrestaurant.com/

It seems like opening French restaurants which serve regional cuisine is all the rage now with around a dozen of these places opening in the last six months even in a recession. Still, I heard this was one of the better ones.

                                grams
but anything under 0.5 grams per serving and they are allowed to say 0 grams
and they futz with the serving size to be able to do that
                                or they probably just lie
it's not like a government agency is going to actually test it and punish them
