I like the part where you actually agree with him and don't realize it, and then call him a nutjob.

        Well? Am I wrong?

In fact, among the homeless and seriously poor, obesity rates are higher than the rest of the population! Spare some change to feed the starving corpulent folks?

No, I want him to die in a fire after a nice legal trial.

America has an unemployment rate of around 9%. If that worsens, and the GOP successfully carry out their plans to rip the safety net apart, how exactly do you think all those jobless people are going to support their families?

Firstly child nutrition is a lot bigger an issue than simply a lack of food. Filling a generation of children with cheap processed ****, means it's likely that generation are going to die earlier than their parents. As for actual lack of food, as I said above this is something that could come about if the GOP ever get their nasty little way and slash benefits.

Oh and its estimated 15 million children already live in poverty in the US, before you start getting too ****ing proud.

Mojo and Loin in one thread? What, are you guys posting links over there or something or are you two just on holiday here? I mean, good to see you and all but what exactly brought you to this neck of the woods?

Funny I don't recall the Republicans running in 2010 on a platform of smashing Medicare, SS and the rest. I seem to remember quite a lot of talk about jobs, a mandate which they have deliberately sabotaged at every turn.

You're the one who started the hyperbole, dumbass. And as I recall, crime has actually dropped since the recession began. Give me a break.

The poverty line in the US is ridiculous. It's relative poverty. I doubt virtually anyone in the US knows what it means to be truly poor. There will ALWAYS be poor people in the US because we define poverty as a percentile of median income.

Government is an institution with a monopoly on violence over a region. Somali warlords don't exert such control over the entire country but are the authority in their respective territories.

So it's exactly as Imran said... Somalia has too much government according to Norquist! Illuminating.

You're the one who posted the moronic OP criticizing what is essentially a truism and also a statement in response to one of the most retarded one-liners liberals have ever devised--one which peddles the idea that if you don't like big government, you must approve of no goverment.

So therefore you are arguing that people who cannot support their families, will not turn to crime when support is removed? Are you really that dense?
