A treaty about partition of the country is a treaty of Munich. That was a clear and obvious partition of Czechoslovakia. And Soviet Union has nothing to do with that treaty. That were free enlightened democracies of the West who forced their ally to give-up the most industrial and fortified part of its territory to Hitler without a single shot and thus gave a green light to the complete partition of Czechoslovakia between Germany, Hungary and Poland later. That's what is called a treaty about partitioning of the third country, not a non-agression pact and its protocol about spheres of influences we signed in 1939.
Check, mate.
