Oh there is mate, I have a different body type to you so I am never going to be thin. I do one hell of a lot of exercise but results are hard to come by. But for people like you who have probably had no experience of easily gaining weight you just reckon it is because I am lazy or something. Which is bullsh*t.

Bull****. I hit 220lbs last summer from lifting and not running... in fact, I came out of OCS at 170 and put on 50lbs in less than 3 months. And yes, the pounds came flying off (180lbs now) after returning to running.

I'll concede that you're older, however, and that may make it more difficult.

Still, I don't 'naturally' have this build. I train.

Don't start up some pity party, woe is you BS because you think you're biologically programmed to be fat and everyone who isn't is just lucky.

Hey, maybe not everyone's body is the same. They have different genes or something.

You eat right and you exercise and you'll be thin. Simple as that. If you think you're doing both but you're still fat, you're either clearly not trying hard enough or eating the wrong stuff and doing the wrong exercise. There's no excuse as long as you are able-bodied.

Not simple as that Albie. Is it this know-it-all-arrogance that makes you such a devil with the ladies?

              You don't know anything.

The reason why the lbs go on and off fast is because of you being in shape before (as a child). If you were fast growing up/teen years it would be different.

Explain. Why is your physical condition 20 years prior relevant? What is one's excuse for being fat in youth aside from bad parenting? Go play tag or something.

Not all kids can get thin by getting a lot of exercise. Not all kids can get fat by eating a lot. Different people have different bodies because of genetics.

Sounds like junk science to make fat people feel better about themselves when they stuff their faces with junk food.

You're such an arsehole. Because your body works that way doesn't mean that everyone else's does. I have been fat before, I am not fat now - could do to be a bit trimmer but you can't win 'em all...but I am pretty fit despite my appearance. Resting heart rate of 50 too. There is a factor of age here too...with a lesser exercise regime when I was 20 I weighed about 60kg. Now I weigh 80kg...although I am quite muscular too...that's build as well. I wish I had less muscle in fact...I am very strong. But again, that is genetics, and requires next to no effort to attain in itself (I tend to do mostly cardiovascular stuff and a few weight things a week to keep toned...I certainly don't want to build any more muscle).

You're not tall enough to be considered "tall", but not short enough to have been forced to develop personality and game. Sorry.

Or do guys just like the thinner girls these days and not care about muscles? I'm just curious.

                              Pics plz.

OTH I have heard men say strong legs are good for a woman to keep a man happy.
