Some muscles don't hurt. I'm probably more turned on by even a more fitness freak type of a look than most. Bodybuildes though, not so much. They look scary to me, like something from the moviel Cell.

There are no particular muscles for me, it's all muscles. That tells me they know how to work out, and since they are gaining muscle, it tells me they are working out a lot and also eat right. It just a sign of healthy style of living and good self discipline, and most ofthen than not it's also a healthy self esteem. I'll post a picture later on what I mean by fit women, because there are many definitions of that.

But in general, the answer is ALL muscles. I'm attracted to certain body parts more than some other parts but let's just say that if there are some parts that are trained like crazy and some that are not, it's disproportional and unattractive to me. Compare for example guys, usually young guys, who only do their upper body. They look completely ridiculous with their skinny legs. Or just chest, that's even more ridiculous.

Albert should be f**king grateful for how he looks and his build. I would've killed to be tall and have the right kind of natural build like that. I'm naturally pretty chubby so keeping my weight down is a phenomenal battle, and I think in the long run a losing battle. And I am only 5'6" to go with them. So count yourself f**king lucky for what you have. Because I've discovered that all my personality and wit and intelligence don't really mean anything in a superficial world such as this.

Yeah I bet. But while your marathon experience has probably made you fitter, you weren't exactly an adonis when she agreed to marry you so hey... she didn't exactly put her money where her mouth is. My point exactly.

Well, can't be bothered to find pictures and post them here, just google Crossfit and women, that type is most ideal IMO. For men as well. I'm after that once again, and going to pick up CF soon, I've started with kettle bells, rowing and some weight lifting and stopped doign some nonsense crap work outs.

Although I prefer feminine, curvaceous body types on women (hourglass, basically) I do like it when the transition between the shoulder and the tricep/bicep is defined, such that the shoulder flesh protrudes slightly outward from the flesh of the upper arm when looking at the woman straight-on. This is essentially the opposite of what in Australia is referred to as "tuck shop arms".

I also like the buttocks to be well-defined. Not muscular, but sitting proud of the thighs.

Pax, That's a good example, yes. I don't like them body fat 0 % types when they have the biggest vains pumping blood visibly on their pelvic region. Because it takes such a low body fat to get it and it's once again not very healthy most likely.

The women on that video were healthy, strong and fast. I find that attractive. To spread the joy, this is really extremely good for men as well (obviously).

For example, girl introduced herself to me at my job at the campus. For a few days, she would approach me and say hi. One day, I ask her about what she thinks of the food we serve (which gave me a professional out if it didn't go anywhere) and she said she didn't really like it much. "Why don't you let me take you out to somewhere better then?" It was easy to get her number. I didn't call her the first day and when I saw her the next, she came to me asking sheepishly "Did you call me?" She was sweating expecting my call. I did call her, had a lengthy conversation (bad bad, I know; but the conversation did go very well; she said she had never talked to anyone so long on the phone and that it was very easy to talk to [WARNING: male girlfriend risk]), but she then kept postponing our date. When I'd see her, I wouldn't be drawling. I'd do the contact and quit thing like where I'd say whats up and her name, usually touch her on her shoulder or waist if I came up from behind on her, and keep moving (because I'm a busy man and I'm not a puppie dog who needs to make needless convo every time I see her). But she kept postponing til it was obvious she was no longer interested.

Dude, you're doing it wrong. You don't do anything for a few days, then take the initiative and then sit on your ass? Of course she assumes you're not interested. By not asking her out on the first day you already position yourself as not a player. If you display pick-up school behaviour after that (like not calling her or doing that contact and quit thing), you simply look like a dick.
I think the problem is in your virginity. Stop doing what you're doing, find yourself a nice girl (I believe you call one a 5), play the role of a nice guy and get laid the regular way. Then you can be a dick and dump her. Now that you've tasted the fruit, you can try again.

Nah I doubt that. I'm pretty scrawny. I don't even have a 40-inch chest currently so I doubt my torso is large.

And there's no such thing as 'naturally chubby'. Work out. There's no reason why you can't look like me or better if you work out. Although, I doubt that that alone will help you get women

Personality is also a factor I guess. There's more than one way to get rejected.
