Dude, go to the off-topic forums at bodybuilding.com (they're actually far funnier than you'd think; way funnier than Apolyton, though I don't post there). There are so many virgin bodybuilders or at least in shape guys there it's actually pretty sad. Entire threads that read like virgin support groups.

honestly, I did'nt realize this was actually you. Honestly, if you can't get a girl you are doing something really wrong. Let me give you some real advice. 1. Go to a black club. You need to pick one where you ASK the girls to dance. NOT the ones where you're supposed to go up and start dancing. 2. I suggest you arrive at around 1130pm have 2-3 alcoholic beverages at that time.(No more for the night). Do a walk around the club to look at who looks available, who's checking you out and who you want. I pay attention to spacing and try not to let the girls I go after be too close together. I don't want them too see me get rejected. 3. I wait to a popular song comes on that I feel comfortable dancing too comes on then I start asking the women to dance. If she says yes, then once I get to the floor, I try to smile and make eye contact, I usually also try too tell a joke/compliment or two get them smiling. The music works to your advantage in that you don't/can't make too much conversation so don't worry about that. Now, I introduce myself(hi my name is,) at variable points either when I ask to dance, after a joke or after we leave the dance floor. I rarely offer to buy a drink but I may. I usually make a comment about how the music is loud and I would like to get to know them outside the club so can I have there number. This works a surprising number of times. The key of it all is too look sincere, confident at the important moments. AN IMPORTANT moment is when you ask them too dance, if you sound nervous they will almost definitely say NO. If they are really interested in you you may find yourself in a prolonged conversation. It's important to make sure that conversation focuses mainly on them. When it focuses on you must NOT come off as obnoxious or a geek unless somehow they like that. For instance, unless the girl brings up that she plays CIV games you DO NOT mention CIV games. I guarantee my advice will get you in the door.

Well to be honest, getting the number isn't the problem. I used to work at a college campus and I pulled numbers easily left and right. They never got past that though.

I've gone in depth about it before with many examples of how easily I've gotten that 'in' but could do nothing with it and the one week curse that afflicts me where after one week (1 conversation on the phone and not even a date yet), they run the hell away.

For example, girl introduced herself to me at my job at the campus. For a few days, she would approach me and say hi. One day, I ask her about what she thinks of the food we serve (which gave me a professional out if it didn't go anywhere) and she said she didn't really like it much. "Why don't you let me take you out to somewhere better then?" It was easy to get her number. I didn't call her the first day and when I saw her the next, she came to me asking sheepishly "Did you call me?" She was sweating expecting my call. I did call her, had a lengthy conversation (bad bad, I know; but the conversation did go very well; she said she had never talked to anyone so long on the phone and that it was very easy to talk to [WARNING: male girlfriend risk]), but she then kept postponing our date. When I'd see her, I wouldn't be drawling. I'd do the contact and quit thing like where I'd say whats up and her name, usually touch her on her shoulder or waist if I came up from behind on her, and keep moving (because I'm a busy man and I'm not a puppie dog who needs to make needless convo every time I see her). But she kept postponing til it was obvious she was no longer interested.

That was just a typical example out of dozens that follow a similar pattern.

Others, I talk to them for a while, we're friends, and when I drop that I'm interested, they clam up and run away... going so far as to not answer my calls, unfriend me from facebook, etc.

I mean I had one woman send me very revealing pictures of her in lingerie. Within a week, she was no longer answering my call.

And no, once they drop off, I don't start harassing them. I call them, no pickup or call back... call them back in two days, still... call them back in a week.. okay, she's gone. Everytime.

to put it in perspective, I am fatter than you but built, taller than you, have a similar tan, am bald, have blue eyes.

I would personally buy a plane ticket, to go clubbing with you in Europe, Israel or Morocco with you. for example, for a weekend or so, just for the anthropological phenomenon. White girls will love you, brown girls with love you.
