I'll explain. In Heraclitus' Japan thread, someone (I think Aeson) remarked that Apolyton is not monoracial. I went to the old picture thread yesterday to see just how whitebread it is and I saw a few pictures of you, obviously. When I ran into this article about blue eyes, I was immediately reminded of our earlier 'discussion' about this very issue (that blue eyes are inferior), and, since I had seen your pictures the day prior, I decided to screw with you.

There. I don't stockpile your pics. Why would I do that?

What a load of horse ****. I have blue eyes too and it sounds like the whining of a ball player trying to come up with excuses as to why he sucks at playing ball.

i have blue/green eyes and i played baseball in school, same problem. we played morning (weekends) and late afternoon games (weekdays after hs) and my eyes were much better off with the later games, even better during night games. and I still have the problem with morning sunlight causing too much glare, i prefer golfing later in the day. maybe its evolutionary, the ancestors of blue eyed people lived at higher latitudes

Yes. Less melanin has a great deal of disadvantages. Blue eyes and fair skin was only a beneficial mutation in a very localized area (Northern Europe)

Blue eyes are considered the most attractive in Western society. We're not ****ing hunters and gatherers anymore.

Blue eyed people supposedly are better at shape recognition and colour recognition. Brown eyed people better at glare.

Not sure why Alby assumes one is better than the other. Taken as a trait of attractiveness, brown eyes are bland and boring.
