An entry-level position in customer service. I'll be receiving inbound calls, dealing with customers regarding their bills, and with customers who are interested in signing up for some of our services/products. Ask about LONG term career growth potential. Only ask about breaks and time off if you're talking to an HR rep. Don't ask that to line supervisors or managers.It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

How open is communication between the highest position of call center and the entry-level positions?
How has this call center used The Innovation Pipeline (TIP)?
How is community involvement in Quad Cities encouraged at this call center?
What are some of the services/products I will become knowledgeable in?
