Oh and asking about something that's already been covered, or that it's been mentioned we'll cover later is a massive no-no.Jon Miller: MikeH speaks the truth

Yeah, when I first started using the behavioral interviewing method it was quite effective, but now that it has been around for awhile, more people are being coached too well and it invalidates the process. I've been able to keep it useful by creating different questions. Coaching still helps but they have to dance a bit to adjust. Since dancing a bit is a positive for me, It's still useful. It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

She also asked what would be my biggest adjustment in working at the call center, and I said that my biggest adjustment would be in trying to meet the sales quota every month.

So I told her that the employment market for community college teaching is saturated right now with too many applicants. Then I said that this may lead me to a career path that I never thought of before and I could end up being happy working for AT&T in the long-term.

This one I don't understand. From what I gather you should have answered; "to reach and then exceed the quotum, to demonstrate my potential for further advancement within the company."You just wasted six ... no, seven ... seconds of your life reading this sentence.
