One stark division I've noticed between the Bookies and those who only know GOT from the TV show, and it concerns the Crap CGI Wolves. The book fans seem to have deep emotional connections with them, whereas as far as I'm concerned it wouldn't harm the plot noticeably if they got replaced by Guinea Pigs. I'm guessing their role has been somewhat edited down for TV?If there is no sound in space, how come you can hear the lasers?

Only two of the wolves are very prominent in the books, so their role hasn't been scaled down that much, to be honest. Mostly just Ghost."My nation is the world, and my religion is to do good." --Thomas Paine
"The subject of onanism is inexhaustable." --Sigmund Freud

For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

I think it tends to help book readers have a greater connection to them because:
Spoiler:They have a greater connection to the actual Stark children they are given to, esp when the Stark kids learn they can warg into them - even Arya from a continent away“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Usually people who read TV show discussions are particular that book spoilers shouldn't be included. That's usually been the case in this thread as well.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Not super major ones.
If you read the books then you can get into more interesting discussions that show watchers haven't even considered.
