I thought Season 3 was stronger. No Karl ****ing Tanner sidequest or ridiculous teleporting Ironborn doing nothing of importance. There are some massive deviations from the books in season 5 and I'm worried it'll turn out horribly.Comment

I'm just happy that we're getting to the season where I haven't yet read the book so I don't have to worry about things that have changed because I won't know.
But I guess I still will because the differences are always painstakingly detailed in this thread. (I guess you can chalk me up in that "DON'T CARE" group)

Every time they've deviated from the books (except for the teleporting Ironborn, which was wtf not really because of the teleporting but because of how pointless it was) I think I've liked it better than the original.If there is no sound in space, how come you can hear the lasers?
