    Wait wait wait....

So you've never actually traveled outside of Philly except for marine jamboree and when you were a toddler?

So by your own choice, you've never said "hey, maybe I should check out this place or that place, see what it's all about?"

No. I've been to the shore. We had family trips to relatives in Pittsburgh, Maine, Toronto, etc. when I was younger.

It's the Philly way. Hit people now, hit people later.

        • It's my aim to take noone seriously, but I admit I'm far from being perfect

So, for the most part, you don't know how other people live and you don't want to know.

Dude what's the point? I like something Joe Rogan's character said on NewsRadio that I remember... He said he never been outside of NYC. He said he didn't see the point. He's in the greatest city in the world, the center of civilization, what's the point of leaving?

                • I think that's a well-established fact, MRT.

At least you've left the country. Sorta.

Do you know what the term provincial means?

Also, you're quoting a fictional character whose line was written for the sole purpose of highlighting the provincial, ignorant and arrogant attitudes of New Yorkers for laughs.

Yeah it's stupid. Dude should have just moved the car and kept it moving but pride got in his way helped by being confronted with a nutcase old man with a baseball bat. Still, in the end, no one died, no one got hurt. It's all good. Traffic (and parking) is crazy in that part of Philly. **** like this happens.

I have never been to philly, but just by those videos you posted, what do you think my impression of philly would be?

I've been to Philly and it boggles my mind that this is what anyone from Philly would want to show.

                              • Yeah, I can't take southerners seriously anymore.

I stopped off at Philly for a stopover due to a delay before. Seemed thicker than geordies.
