I'd say I was a bit under 5 shots a day, but thats pretty close. Good thing I quit, and its good I dont miss it. For all you young 'ens, if you're leading a sinful life plan on major lifetstyle changes when you get close to 50.

Does that mean if I started drinking again my vertigo would go away? Hmm...thats a possibility. Just to experiment, not to start drinking again on a regular basis.
It can be. Are you feeling nervous, shaky, any trouble concentrating? Seeing any pink elephants, or feeling ants crawling on your skin? You might want to check your pulse rate and BP. Major withdrawal usually only lasts 3 to 5 days.

The ants could also be morgellons. Can't rule that out.

Berz, I'd lay off the booze. I know somebody who got alcoholic dementia--not nice.

Wait, you did lay off the booze. Good job avoiding the alcoholic dementia, then.

My bp was too high (135-85), but thats sorta "normal" it'll be lower once I get to walk some golf courses, and my heart rate was ~50-55 which for some reason seemed low. But no shakes or anything, just mild vertigo and noticeable pressure across the forehead. I'm going on about 5 days now so if I dont see improvement by the end of the week (snow on the ground but mid 50s by Friday so I'll be golfing even if I gotta hit outta some snow bunkers, now where was I?) oh yeah, I'll get to a doc-specialist-tech w/machine

Gary Woodland came in 2nd after a 3 way sudden playoff with Jhonny Vegas and Bill Haas, Vegas won after pulling it left into water - he still got par. That guy was impressive - he's got the distance and putting, just a bit weak on approach shots. Woodland missed too many short putts, he could have won but his ball did a 180 on the 17th.

A friend of mine has a terminal neural disease. The first symptoms were vertigo and loss of balance. Get yourself checked out.
