What would that accomplish? Such stories pro and con are meaningless on their face.

For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

Meaningless to whom though? BlackCat's story means he has a live sister instead of a long dead sister. Bugger ideology and economic theorems. Three cheers for the National Health Service.

DinoDoc is as obtuse as usual. Those stories are not meaningless to the people who would have died nor to their friends or families.

To anyone seriously interested in debating the usefulness and efficacy of the new American health care system or even free market vs socialized health care?
Three cheers for the National Health Service.
            Three cheers

I have no interest in debating the new American health care system which has nothing to do with me. I am prepared to pay the extra tax it takes to provide, at least basic, healthcare for all in my country.

You are quite funny - now please find a more appropriate example.

                      How about this?

Sorry, DD. This may require thinking.

BC: Didn't I just tell you that delving into such stories would be a meaningless endeavor? You wouldn't credit any of the stories I brought up nor do they say anything about the value of the American system or at least the status quo ante reform vs socialized systems.

So you're saying that US practitioners are infallible. That's a pretty lofty claim.

Stop being an idiot. I asked you to give reasonable examples, but you can't - please admit that you are wrong instead of this silly/patheic attempt to defend your pov.
