There's something wrong with you and I don't want to be around you, in cold or warm weather. If you like winter and cold, there's no telling what else that you like.
You have a problem. Some deep-rooted breakdown in your thought process.
You're warped. Seek therapy. Save yourself while you still can.

He will go away if we ignore him.
I'd much rather have the cold weather than the scorching hot weather. Nice if you're on holiday but in terms of living and working it is utterly unbearable. I was working in Brazil a lot last year, up until Christmas...it was about 40C with 90%+ humidity. Horrible. It was nice to be back. At least it is possible to wrap up warm and be comfortable. Not easy in those conditions without sweating your entire body weight.
So cold for me Besides, I am not particularly sensitive to the cold either. You can take the man out of the North but you can't take the North out of the man.

Why would I go outside in shorts and no shirt? It's too cold for that.
I went for a 30 minute walk (from my gym to my car, which I park at work) and it was awesome. Clean, crisp, fresh mountain air...the smell of wood fireplaces going, the early dusk meaning stars alight in the sky... Yeah, it was cold enough to wear a toque, gloves, and a winter jacket but that's it. You can feel the cold on the exposed face, but I like the sensation so long as it's not hours at a time.
I'm not even joking/trolling. I love Winter, I hate Summer. I actually start getting clammy/sweaty at anything above ~72F. I'm weird like that, I know.
I have a 20-25 minute walk to work and do that all though winter even when it's -40. Extreme cold is nicer than extreme heat, no matter how cold it is I can dress warm enough that I get hot on the walk to work. If it was really hot there is nothing I could do to get the same level of comfort.
Once you start down the dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny, consume you it will, as it did Obi Wan's apprentice.
This is probably why Canadians are better, more robust people than Americans.

You are perhaps the worst "Canadian" I've ever heard of.

Precisely. Cold is easy to beat, heat you can't escape.

I'm a Canadian who hates the cold. I can tolerate it because I've been conditioned to but I prefer summer in almost every case.
