For a pittance we can throw in a second bus with all our religious nuts.

I can't remember the last time I interacted with one in person.
Poly is my source for religious nuts."I have never killed a man, but I have read many obituaries with great pleasure." - Clarence Darrow

That's the same argument as the Jody Foster one, which is a non sequitur. Clearly you don't know what incitement to violence actually is, because the examples I give couldn't be any closer. One person says something to encourage others to act out violently against others either through direct orders or by labeling the other group a threat.
Here are some examples that you primitive mind may understand:
My definition of incitement to violence does not include such vagaries as "labeling groups a threat" - obviously ideological groups are a threat to one another. I suppose you'd like to see such speech criminalized....people like to cry a lot... - Pekka
...we just argue without evidence, secure in our own superiority. - Snotty

We have traffic fatalities in this country as well. Clearly our road laws have no effect."I have never killed a man, but I have read many obituaries with great pleasure." - Clarence Darrow

However, I'll state again that I don't believe that legal action can or should be taken against the right-wing hate-mongers in this case. I too believe that the individual is to blame in this case and support freedom of speech. Yet, the culture of hate created by the right is irresponsible.
Tell me, Cali, what do you think of the Malcom X quotes?“As a lifelong member of the Columbia Business School community, I adhere to the principles of truth, integrity, and respect. I will not lie, cheat, steal, or tolerate those who do.”
