As miscegenation and other civil rights legislation show that Court action to defend equal rights of minorities does not usually lead to polarization in the democratic arena. Where is abortion mentioned in the constitution? For that matter, the right to privacy? Or the right for gays to marry or ANYONE to marry?
There are loads of totally fabricated "rights" that the Supreme Court (and other federal courts) has just decided exist.If there is no sound in space, how come you can hear the lasers?
