I'm not randomly trying women. I'm going for the ones that I see staring at me or looking me up and down with their eyes, following me across a room with their eyes, keep talking about my err behind, etc. I've become more perceptive of when that stuff happens yet they lose interest.

Maybe women just want to sleep with me?

I would do a vest along with some wrist weights and ankle weights. You should conceal them though. Then over time you should increase the weights. If possible, you should train in some sort of machine that increases the gravity.

What can I do? I listen. I'm myself. Doing that stuff (or me assuming I'm doing it) has gotten me nowhere.

Actually that might be a good strategy. Stop showing any interest whatsoever and see what it attracts. No effort required and any positive result is a bonus. And if there's no reaction, it's what you expected.
