And yeah these Southerners need to remember that the Confederates were a bunch of Un-American TERRORISTS fighting against the American people and freedom!
I'm now more convinced than ever that you've never spent any significant amount of time in the southern US.

**** no! My time in Quantico was the longest I ever spent beneath the Mason-Dixon Line.

            43% Dixie. Barely in Yankeedom.

Y'all from both sides of the Mason-Dixon line have some peculiar sayings...

The usage of Devil's Night and Mischief Night are delineated in the quiz. Guy is therefore from Michigan and Albert from Jersey.

Actually, this one. I take in no one in the US pronounces it the way it should be pronouced: like 'aren't'

Where's that voice recorder when you need it?

The thing is that people from Jersey and New York talk very differently from Philadelphians. Granted, we're more similar to each other than to weirdos who say things like "Devil's Night" or "cot/caught are pronounced the same" but I don't think anyone would mistaken a Philadelphian for a New Yorker or vice versa.

With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.

Anyone who doesn't know what Devil's Night is clearly hasn't read Galnemer's novel yet.

Don't feel bad. I don't read fiction. Anything with this Devil's Night nonsense in it has got to be fiction.
