More presidents have been in the navy than any other service, right?

And don't use Murph as representative of anything. Murph is named after a Navy SEAL Lieutenant who was killed in Afghanistan. It only exists to commemorate his sacrifice so it's supposed to beat you up and be absurd on purpose (properly, Murph is supposed to be done with a 20lb weight vest as well and a gas mask and combat boots if available).

It's a commemoration... not a real workout with an adaptive purpose. No one does Murph regularly.

Unfortunately, you have to swim a lot to get a real swimmer's build. Swimming for an hour a few times a week just won't cut it.

Well I do a lot of swimming...what would that build be exactly?

Most homosexuals don't even like it.

Swimmer's builds are the most desirable to almost every homosexual I know. MrFun is the only one who likes muscled, ripped men.

You two should stop worrying about how fit you are, but how fit she is (or he is in Albie's case).

The funny thing is though that when I see these kinds of people in the gym, they are absolutely **** at anything that requires athleticism...despite their appearance (I am no Adonis, but I am in good physical shape) they often have neither the strength nor cardiovascular fitness that I have. Which tells me that their appearance is nothing but superficial bulk, which is pointless to the extreme.

Well I don't think it is something most would object to, but I think that now that in order to achieve those kinds of shape that it has to be as a result of some narcissistic obsession, which is a huge turn off especially as this would exclude other things in their lives. And that is not attractive in a prospective partner. I think providing we keep ourselves in good shape and don't become obsessive, that is what is important.

    I know this, too well

Wymyn only like fat and skinny men for some bizarre reason. Oh, they think Brad Pitt or someone is attractive, but they don't want men like that for themselves.

Yes. And Alby is clearly a homosexual.
