I wear "smart casual" to work every day. This is as fancy as one can get in this climate ( it's 26 degrees centigrade right now at 1:30 AM! ) . V-necks are refreshing change over a regular tee in my opinion. not a deep v, a small v, that doesn't show chest hair.
