It means no such thing. No one used to get caught in Chicago either. We just finally got a federal guy with some balls. It still goes on just as much as it used to, but now some are getting caught and put in jail.
Maybe in a decade or so, all those that are caught may actually act as a deterrent. Asher, Chicago is a magical city. If they don't get caught it's because there is so much corruption to protect them. If they do get caught, it's evidence there is so much corruption. Most of the time when I watch fox news it's because someone interesting is being interviewed. It's only occasionally that I watch their actual news and even then most often it is the local news I am interested in.If there is no sound in space, how come you can hear the lasers?
