  • NATO in Moscow!

Never before in history have active-duty American troops been invited to march in the Victory Day parade, marking the 65th anniversary of Nazi Germany’s defeat.

    America just conquered Russia.

Yeah, right. And Brits, French and Poles too.
Not sure about Canadians, though. More likely you don't have any worthy guards units for such parade anyway.

Meh. Moscow was so last century.

Your time has passed, we're moving on.

Brits, French, and Poles could each conquer Russia individually.

1 US Carrier group could sink the entire Russian surface fleet. Pretty easily in fact.

They're not there as representatives of NATO. Rather, they're there as WWII allies.
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

                You're as bad as Ben.

If America, Europe, and Russia are now all butt buddies, who is the man in the relationship?

The only SHIPWRECKS that would matter would be Russian "war"ships.

I for one don't see the trouble in America and Russia jointly celebrating V-E day. Although the soviets weren't much better than Hitler.

This is probably true. Submarine fleet would be harder as it's more difficult to kill them with aircraft.

More likely American warships struck by Russian Shipwrecks.
