I think it has more to do with you being a moron than a potential killer.Originally posted by Felch View PostI have never killed anybody. But thanks for making me out to be a killer.I make no bones about my moral support for [terrorist] organizations. - chegitz guevara

its both, ala crimes against humanity are based on morality and not on legality... But the morality preceded the legality, crimes can occur with or without politicians.Originally posted by DinoDoc View PostCrime is a legal term not a moral one.
Dont be such a lawyer... Criminal statutes, if they're to have any rational foundation, are based on moral codes - slaughtering 100 people is immoral and criminal regardless of what the govt says. Slavery is a crime, dont matter if its legal or not... And avoiding slavery is not a crime. But you'd argue the opposite?Originally posted by Imran Siddiqui View Post
Berz, you are the one who asked why it was a crime. It's a crime because it's in the criminal statutes.

I park it on the street if there's a legal spot. No cop wants to have to be responsible for your car and put it on the property bookOriginally posted by Felch View PostMaybe later
Ordinarily I'd be happy to help out another Tubby, but I'm kind of busy right this second.
On the car impounding note, most cops will let you call a friend to drive it away instead of towing it. Cops are generally good people in my experience, and don't act like TMM up here with the judgemental BS.
In regards to most No Permit/Operating After Suspension drivers that I arrest, they're usually suspended because they drive like idiots and don't pay their tickets; they usually stay suspended/revoked because they continue to drive like idiots and get caught. Sounds pretty much like your situation.
P.S. If you're the registered owner of a car in Maryland, your name and permit show up when an officer runs your plate. A good officer checks the license data associated with the owner. If we see that you're license is suspended or flagged for any reason, I start following you looking for P.C. stop stop your car and see if the owner with the suspended permit is the one driving. Word to the wise....If you look around and think everyone else is an *******, you're the *******.

Never attribute to malliciousness what can be safely laid at the feet of stupidity. In this case Felch is just too stupid to drive.Originally posted by The Mad Monk View PostI never noticed this before but you're quite the amoral jackass.
