Serbs little Soviet monument got moved out of the downtown capital area into a grave yard so he's upset and claims it was a "neo-Nazi defacement". Given that the Soviets invaded and subjugated the Baltic states I can understand why they would want to move old Soviet monuments and a grave yard does sound like a more suitable place.
