I assumed that using her picture as your avatar was also part of the settlement.
It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

Anyone have a source for this claim? I'd be interested to know who.

I also was interested about that but was unable to narrow down a search far enough to find it.

I got to page 10 of Google search results with no dice. Haven't been that far down the rabbit hole in years.

                        Personal knowledge.
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

                          Ron Paul defends pork spending

If only he'd return this money to the Treasury.

                              Yes they are.
“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

PAUL: It's the kind I don't vote for, because I don't think the federal government should be doing it. But, if they're going to allot the money, I have a responsibility to represent my people.

If they say, hey, look, put in a highway for the district, I put it in. I put in all their requests, because I'm their representative.

So, basically, I say I disagree with it in principle, but I want to get re-elected, so screw principle.
