In shootouts. Canadians were just a bit luckier to beat the Swiss in shootouts and then were outplayed by the Yanks.

Weird !! Canada lost to the Yanks-- I acknowledge that and in the end it IS the result that counts.

But "outplay"??? That implies something different than to merely win. Maybe I need a new definition but I would think to outplay someone you would need to perhaps

have more shots than your opponent
Have more good scoring chances than your oponent
Have a clear territorial advantage on your opponent
Out-hit your opponent

Since the US did none of these and Canada did all of them, I have problems with the concept that the US outplayed Canada.

Now Ryan Miller badly outplayed Martin Brodeur and largely as a result of that the US won the game. But if that somehow equals the US outplaying Canada then the word outplay has absolutely no meaning regarding what went on

Its all in the context. I don't think any woman will look that tempting while wearing hockey gear. But I bet that if I obtained shots of all the canadian woman's team is . . say . . . bikini attire with their makeup and hair done, and mixed them in with other women in similar attire, a good percentage would be **&^ able. {footnote 1}

They are very fit athletes after all . . .

Ditto Vonn. That pic doesn't show her at best advantage but if you saw her bikini shots your opinion might , actually SHOULD, change
