Normal people will be needing to sell a stock at any given time. For fraudelent sales to be legalised for any length of time greater than the system should require to validate a trade or pop out an arrest warrant for criminals is a greater length of time than the system should bear.

This assumes that the system needs Aunt Gertrude, or any of the hundreds of millions of Aunt Gertrudes.

I just want KH to admit that it's possible that GS, JPM and State Street (among many) may engage in illegal practices at times and get away with it because the bodies of oversight either don't know or don't care.
