That is good!
You have tuned me on to something good!

Both of those were sampled by the way. Boogie Oogie Oogie by Fabulous and Brooke Valentine a few years ago.
And of course Sukiyaki was featured and sung by Slick Rick on La Di Da Di

You'd probably like all the old music and probably some of the rap if you were open-minded to it.
Both those guys are no-names, though. I never heard of them. Looking them up on google or wikipedia comes up with next to nil. Gene Redding apparently had an album chart at #45 in 1974 or something but that was the extent of his commercial success.
I only know of the other song because it was sampled so often... tracks by Beanie Sigel and Young Jeezy used the Greg Perry song.

Just check this guy's youtube channel:
He has everything. He's all about putting up the originals of songs sampled by hip hop artists. Obviously, the rap producers have taste so there's gems all over that dude's channel."Flutie was better than Kelly, Elway, Esiason and Cunningham." - Ben Kenobi

Is the rest of there songs on there albums good ?
I would hate to spend a lot money to find these and the rest of there songs suc.
Like I said, neither of these guys had commercial success. Their music probably hit more ears on the rap songs that sampled them recently than their music did in the 70's."Flutie was better than Kelly, Elway, Esiason and Cunningham." - Ben Kenobi
