FWIW, what I'm saying are possibilities.

It would be a lot more effective if they brought up something from after I was born.

Nah, that's just to remind 'the other side' that they have their share of lowlifes also.

You need to work on your creativity. '**** and idiot just don't cut it anymore.

FWIW, what I'm saying are possibilities. I've dealt with enough people that the whole spectrum of lunacy is believable.

    ****.

This is not to suggest that ACORN is without flaws -- as its advisory board, which includes Henry Cisneros and Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, acknowledges. What nationally spread poor people's hell-raising army, dependent on low-paid staff and volunteers, could be pure as the driven snow? Heck, every movement has its Jimmy Swaggarts and Iran-Contras.

Again, if you don't think they're serious, why would you even talk to them? Seriously, you can't be this big of an idiot.

Which leads into my other point that they didn't take them seriously.

Anyway, that article only talks about one of the over half-dozen employees caught on tape - why won't they or their bosses get on the record about "playing along" too? It would seem the smart thing to say, true or not.

Edit: if the anonymous employee referenced in that article is the crack whore in San Bernadino, that's old news:

Now you are smarter. Go and be blessed.

If they had "known better", they would've kicked them out; letting them stay caused nothing but trouble. Stop being an idiot.

Maybe they dealt with enough of these characters to know better?

BOSTON - Friends and family are remembering a pregnant teenager killed during her own birthday party.

Last night, dozens gathered at the Dorchester apartment of Paola Castillo. She was killed early Sunday morning while celebrating her 18th birthday at a friend's Hyde Park apartment.

Witnesses say Castillo made a comment out a second-story window to a group of people who had been kicked out of the party. That's when someone pulled out a gun and started shooting.

The gunman still remains on the loose.

Police have identified people they want to question in connection with the murder.

Why not just tell them to get out?

This is why I wanted the video responses and follow-up from ACORN's side. The real actions displayed by the employees.

    Let's not kid ourselves.

ACORN has not made enemies because it is running a prostitution ring.
ACORN did not become a prime-time guerrilla TV target because of vote fraud.
ACORN did not take both barrels from Congress because it's been ripping off taxpayers.

None of those rightwing raps has any substantiation beyond isolated instances, always open to dispute, always politically motivated and always prompting remedial action by the organization itself.

So why has ACORN been cast, by the reactionary media and its allied legislators, prosecutors and election officials, as a juggernaut of evil?

Because of the good it does.

    That's where the scale is.

Not a YouTube moment, but thousands of working-class homeowners helped in preventing foreclosure.

Not a nasty little John McCain sound bite, but battles against predatory lending, coast to coast.

Not a fistful of voter registration cards signed by Mickey Mouse (ACORN flags the inevitable bogus ones for the authorities), but more than a million new registered voters.

Yes, they vote for Democrats. They're poor, man! Yo.

Let us stipulate: If ACORN were not succeeding at its day job, the forces of righteousness would not know it existed.

The organization announced sweeping disciplinary and self-evaluation steps after the made-for-Fox ambush tape, even as it accused the authors of creative editing and their accomplices of conduit journalism. An employee at the center of the silliness says she was playing along with the preposterous imposters, who were booted from other ACORN offices. Nobody did paperwork for the clowns.

Contrition and doubt didn't stop righteous lawmakers from cutting off the funding ACORN was getting for such subversive mischief as registering voters and obtaining low-income loans.

They have to be laughing over their champagne over at Boeing and Blackwater.

In 2008, I watched ACORN come under assault from Indiana's Republican secretary of state. The bombast blew itself out, as did other high-level shots across the bow of S.S. Blue State. Beating up on ACORN fit perfectly with their "reform" agenda, which pandered to folklore about inner-city politics while short-shrifting absentee ballots, a riper source of fraud and a favorite of GOP voters.

Just last week, the Indiana Court of Appeals called state government on just that bias. The governor reacted to the decision with a tantrum that would have made great YouTube fare.
I figured most of the employees decided these 2 were misfits that didn't need to be taken seriously or have had enough experience to know not to **** with a pimp in their presence. Tell them what they want to hear and get them out.
