I'm going to cut this short because you're apparently not going to see it on your own: it means that one type of racism is more sympathetic than another type.

To be clear for US posters: this deals with Israeli citizens, so any comparisons to terrorists or intifada are irrelevant completely.
Regarding the story at hand: This story was featured prominently in all major news outlets (radio, both TV channels and newspapers) back in december when it broke, and was heavily criticized. I'm struggling to find in english from a reliable source.
This kind of thing is possible, since it is apparently a totally private venue, and a vocal group of parents can pull of any type of trick, including not accepting russian, ethopian, sefaradi children, or even children from a different jewish religious group.
Anti-discrimination laws apply to public places and applying them to privately-owned day cares is not simple. Luckily for little Dana, her mother is a lawyer, So I guess she will be served some form of justice, or at least get a nice slander or harassment case.
I couldn't find any new information on the case so far, but it is unsurprising since the court system is painstakingly slow.
What ever point Che was trying to prove about evil racist Israel - this case has provoked an out-pour of sympathy in Israeli blogs, forums, and media. Racists exist everywhere, and Israel is no exception. The little girl has perfectly reasonable chances of getting some sort of reparation in court. Its not clear to me if the day care manager will be punished, it being a private venue.

Grinwald refused to speak to the media last week. However, last December, when the Zuabis first complained, she told Army Radio: "The [Jewish] parents called her a girl from 'the [Arab] sector,' they said this is a day-care center for Jewish children and that it should stay that way ... I can't change the world, I have to look out for my livelihood."
From the original army radio transcript:
Evon Greenwald, the day care manager, told IDF radio she attempted to convince the parents it was just a normal girl but to no avail: "The parents called her 'the (arab) sector girl' and claimed it was a Jewish day care and should stay so. They told me 'when our agreement is over, and our children leave, do what you want' the day care teacher said. "Those are their opinions and I have no choise but to respect it".
Evon said with despair that both her children studied in instutitions with arab children, but this situation is different: "I can't change the world. I have to look out for my income. If I fall, 4 more employees fall with me".

Not that I claim otherwise, but I doubt you really went and checked this.
Do I have to go outside and "check" if the Sun rose this morning?
In order to have a similar homicide commission rate as black people in the US Israeli Arabs would have to commit every single murder which happens in Israel, then go to another country and commit the same number of murders there.

Do Israeli Arabs make a habit of going into the occupied territories (perhaps dressed as Israeli soldiers ) and murdering people there?12-17-10 Mohamed Bouazizi NEVER FORGET

So it's settled: Israeli Arabs are responsible for every murder in Israel, as well as all killings of civilians in the Occupied Territories (and, since we've already established that all terrorist attacks in Israel are the fault of Israeli Arabs, all residents of the Occupied Territories can be assumed to be civilians)
The obvious solution is to stop Israeli Arabs from attending daycare with Jews.

You're the one making a bold unsupported claim. You provide what you think is a comprehensive list that falls within the definition of 'handful'.
Most cases of Israeli arabs involvement in terror are foiled by Shin Bet security services, and the conspirators are arrested. There's been a 'handful' of cases in the last couple of years alone.

If you wanna take the ratio of (% of homicides performed by arab israelis)/(their % of the population) and compare it to the same ratio among african americans, you are welcome.
I'll happily assist you in search for this data on Israeli government websites. Right now you're just blowing hot air.
There was a time when you reserved your arrogance to where you had your facts. Sorry to see it gone.

Now, now, Siro... you are moving goalposts. The original quote was:
black people in the US are far, far, far more likely to commit murder than are Arab Israelis
Nothing about their percentage of the population or whatnot, but simply at the levels of murder they commit.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
- John 13:34-35 (NRSV)
