End Social Security immediately, however, anyone who has already paid into the program is entitled to the exact amount they paid in, adjusted for inflation. No additional taxes will be collected nor benefits extended.

Not at all. I could retire tomorrow under those conditions. I never expect to get anywhere near what I paid in.
And for the record. Social security and medicare were established a decade before the baby boomers by the "greatest generation" designed to take advantage of the boomers for their own retirement.
