                    Forget Toronto, it sucks. Go to Quebec instead. Dont worry about the French, just point and grunt, you'll fit right in.

                    EDIT: Just in case there is any misunderstanding, I meant Quebec city. September would be beautiful.

                          It's 2 hours each way by train. VIA Rail leaves a couple times a day from Toronto (Union Station) to Stratford in the summer. Costs ~$50 total, taxes included.

                            Seriously, I asked how long in TO because it really doesn't seem worth it. If he is only in the country a week then he doesn't have much time to see Montreal much less travel several hours to TO and back and hope to have any meaningful time while there. He needs a longer trip or more than one trip.
