Entire forums were lost, i would assume in the hundreds of thousands of posts, WRT Civ2 during the VB switch. Including all of the posts from my first account. It is not correct that Civ 3 was our heyday but was indeed the begining of the end. 3/4's of all posts were people complaining about it (including the infamous "top 100" thread, which i temporarily revived at one point.) Hell even I left for a while after Civ 3.

Yeah, I seem to recall that a good number of my better posts were from before I "returned" in 2007. I was posting here as early as 2000, or so the profile info tells me. Sadly most of those posts are gone. I was likely drunk when I was posting most of them. Would have been funny to look back on that and see how the thoughts were tending back then.

I'm glad that the "Joe" thread is still around though, because reposting that would have been a pain. I did have it on backup though.

The other thing was that my postcount dropped, like everybody else's, but my title stayed the same because of the whole "feminine title is a custom title" quirk. So even at zero posts, I was still a "Queen".
