Hockey players commit no crimes?
There's far more violence in 20s of a typical peewee hockey game than in that video."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."

And for the last time, your analogies blow more than your Mazda 3. Hockey players are committing no crime. If the hockey players jumped into the stands and committed a felony by assaulting a fan, then they're on the hook for his death.
This is why you do not commit felonies, cop or not. In America, anyway.(\__/)

He's either intentionally getting in the police face, or he already has symptoms of a stroke, limiting his movement.
Still, I don't see why they dealt with him the way they did. A younger, stronger man should have been able to bundle him off to the side and out of the way.(\__/)

i guess if someone sneaks into a old nursing home and scares old people with ski mask and a fake knife screaming 'Imma kill you ****ing *****' and they die of heart attack, it's not murder. but that person still would deserve a good kick in the face.
If they pushed him like that, I suppose its possible that they did it again and it may or may not have contributed to his death if they did it again....:-p

I wish Asher would stop being intentionally retarded.
Felony murder means you're responsible for what happens while you're committing a felony. You commit a robbery and a cop accidentally shoots a hostage, it's on you. It's much broader and does not cover a situation like this. Here, the incident itself is at issue. It's a traditional crime that can either be MURDAR or MANSLAUGHTAR.
This is involuntary manslaughter at best because the prosecution cannot prove purposefulness--if the police wanted to kill victim, they wouldn't have left him alone to have a heart attack. Classifying the officer's actions as reckless when the cops had tac gear and attack dogs in the middle of a riot would not fly with any jury that has red blooded men penises on it.
Asher, you fail the test. Hard. Can you at least hook me up with free phonebooks? They need to be yellow

Get over it. It happens. Especially to people who are old and out of shape, as he appeared to be.Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

I didn't mean to offend you.
I thought you'd be happy I was pro-police brutality for once."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."
