North Korea becoming a failed state will not trigger them invading South Korea. What line of thought are you following to come to that conculsion?

Too bad for them. Tsk, tsk. Now they'll know how Texas feels.

South Korea has food & other stuff.
North Korea has no food or stuff -- other than a 1-million man army and nuclear weapons.
If North Korea tetters on collapse, why wouldn't it try and grab South Korea's food & stuff?

Why wouldn't they just sell the nukes like they were going to anyway?

Why bother with nuclear weapons when we have Chuck Norris?

Because bin Ladin invested heavily in AIG and CitiBank and GM.

1.) Because they have no hope of defeating SK.
2.) They have even less of a hope of doing so if they are a failed state.
3.) The have even less of a chance of capturing SK (itself an importer of near everything) and it being in a state capable of giving them the spoils you speak of.

Because they'd have to build a human bridge with a few hundred thousand soldiers in order to cross the minefield separating them from South Korea...

On the upside if enough people die crossing the mine field then there might be enough food for everyone who's still alive.
