      No internet though.

I think that was caused by the drought as well.

The DPRK is still in a state of war with the U.S. It's called a black out. Keep in mind that this is a country that, until the late seventies, had a better economy than the South. They have electricity.

This is the typical NK game of getting aid and attention by being bad and look at me behaviour. So predictable.
Any views I may express here are personal and certainly do not in any way reflect the views of my employer. Tis the rising of the moon..

Look, I just don't anymore, okay?

They must feel bad that they don't even rate a stern letter from the UN anymore.

Until 1776 the U.S. had an association with England. How long until you say DPRK doesn't have a better economy any more? They don't have jack****, these days.

What part of "until the late seventies" are you having a problem with? I know Texas education is inferior to the rest of America, but even your limited English should be able to comprehend that simple statement.

Supposedly according to one of my chemistry lecturers (who most of hte students and other docters consider to be a nut job) the NK satellite is broadcasting at: 40.6 degrees inclination, 490 km perigee, 1426 km apogee, cycle 104 min 12 sec, transmission AM 470 MHz.

When I asked him where he got the info, he said "North Korean news agency. Its site is blocked in Britain, but reachable through CTunnel."

Anyone know what the **** he was talking about?
You just wasted six ... no, seven ... seconds of your life reading this sentence.

And I'm offering a counter incident. I understand your point; it's evident that you don't understand mine. Was, was. Is, is. Comprende?

Where do you come up with this ****?! Do you not get embarrassed spouting this stuff? No food b/c of famine (ignoring the NK governments contribution to the crisis), no electricity b/c of an intentional blackout (except where the leaders are), they're not really commies anyway...

No Che, it is a power shortage. Strange how they "black out" the entire country except for Pyongyang (the capital).

As the world grapples with how to rein in the 'axis of evil' state which this week conducted a nuclear test, this spectacular satellite photo unveiled shows in stark detail the haves and have-nots of the Korean peninsula

I've been hoping since the early 90s that we'd eventually figure it out and say "enough. Do what you will, but no more money, food, oil, etc." Just ignore them, completely. We won't though.
