I dunno. All the fans seem to be pretty excited about it. I'll see it. I have a thing for naked, blue men.

Nah, he'd realize the sheer pointlessness of the effort he's wasted over the years trying to kick the football. Then he'd do the one thing he's always needed omnipotence to be able to do: simply walk away from Lucy and the football.

Does this mean Linus is really Lucy's father?!

                      Ummm...

                      Holy ****.

It was actually good. I mean, REALLY good. Not as good as the book, not by a long shot, but GOOD. Like three to three and a half out of four stars good.

There was lots of little changes (and a few big ones), some of them work, some of them don't, but the overall theme and plot structure are the same. Including the ending, thematically speaking at least.

                      I am really, really surprised.

Is there any recent comic book movie you'd compare it to in overall style? E.g. if it's reminiscent of X-Men or Spiderman I'd probably hate it, though if it's more like TDK it might be watchable.
                        Unbelievable!

It seems like its more Dark Knight than X-Men from the previews and all.

                            I really enjoyed it.

And it's nothing like X-Men or The Dark Knight.

Yeah, different from all the previous comic book films. If I had to pick one it is closest to in tone, it'd have to be The Dark Knight.
