Hera, does this relate in any way to your own orgasmic dysfunction? You can probably keep it up long enough for her to have more than one orgasm in a single session. Does that count? Or does she want to go at it at least three times a day?

She said that ideally she would like a quickie in the morning a lay sometime in the afternoon and a longer session in the evening. That is a near quote of her words.


My dysfunction means that with the exception of today all our encounters where longer sessions. She usually has two orgasms, some times three, she didn't climax three times in our relationship so far. Interestingly she seems to have an easier time getting a second orgasm than her first one.

Can I be honest with you for a min? I've noticed you talking about your frustration and lack of succes with women several times on poly. And to be frank I'm slightly annoyed with your constant whining (please don't take offence you are overall a interesting poster and likeable fellow ).


The reason why I'm saying how I feel (even though its rude) is precisley because I used to be just like you, I tought no way that I can get laid. I self diagnosed myself as a loveshy, asocial and as a plain old looser. But now I see that wasn't true.


I lost 40 lb and studied mystery method. Volia I got laid.
I'm not attributing my succes with women to either of those, in fact looking back both where probably just placebo. I just needed to socialize myself.

I could be completley wrong, maybe you don't do these posts to get attention maybe you are just the kind of guy who likes making fun of his own weak points in order to entertain others. If so more power to you... But whatever the case I can say with 100% confidence that getting a GF will, in the short and middle term, improve your life greatly.

Hera is right. The first time I kissed a girl was age 18. I didn't get laid until 21. And it was entirely my fault. I wasn't fat. I had a bit of an acne issue in high school, but so do lot's of people who actually get laid, so that wasn't it either.

Nope - it just came down to a self-confidence issue, along with a willingness to put myself in a situation where sex could happen. Once I fixed both of those things, I started getting laid. Not every day, or even once a month, at first. Like anything else, practice makes perfect.

I think the only reason people will keep giving the "go out and have sex with someone" advice is that they know it can be a massive confidence boost. But if it's not what you want, it's a terrible idea.

Anyway, moving back to the topic, I did notice my interest in sex went up a lot when I started doing extended periods of exercise every day. Before, it might be every two or three days I'd sleep with my bf. After that it probably averages out to every day or so. Some days I'm too tired from biking and swimming, other days we'll hit the sheets first thing in the morning and discharge the duty for the next couple of days.

When I was young and in college it was two or three times a day, but then again during that time I wasn't exercising as much as now. One theory is that it's the testosterone from the exercise.

As for talking about it - yes, absolutely. This is the most important thing to be able to do. It's like religion, politics, or morals: you want to make sure you can at least talk to your SO about it and understand each other. If there's some things that your SO is uncomfortable with, then it's okay to be diplomatic about it, but in my experience if you can't at least discuss it, then the relationship loses something.

Oh, I should probably point out that law school is a very good form of birth control. No time!

I just really need to point out that if any man used the "Mystery Method" that Hera's talking about on me, I would seriously kick the crap out of his manly bits. I watched the TV show, I understand the method, and it's great if you are trying to lay drunk 19 yr old girls who have no boundaries or morals. However, for normal women it is flat out manipulation and I HATE IT.

The only thing worth keeping is the self-confidence stuff. If you believe yourself to be a loser, other people will believe it to, so portray confidence (not arrogance though) and women will be attracted to you.

As for the original topic of this thread...I believe that in general the appetites of men and women are quite similar. However, I don't like the idea of talking about how your partner is in bed behind his/her back so I don't officially endorse this thread.
