I have little trouble reaching one when alone (need about 20 min). When I'm in company it can take hours.

Example of why this is a big problem for me:

I spent three hours having sex with my GF. Out of that little H was directly involved for two. My gf has no trouble reaching an orgasm. And I really enjoyed most of the encounter precisley because I have feelings for her.
