I have no idea. Found it on the web some time ago and held on to it. It makes me laugh, even after seeing it a number of times. Few pictures have that quality.

In Danish, "slutspurt" means "final", rather than "spraying some fluid onto, into, or because of a sexually promiscuous woman".

I am not sure what "spunk" means but apparently you can go to a pub and order some.

Slagfix is presumably a type of medicine that will make a promiscuous woman less so, though it's not clear whether you should drop it in her tea or apply it to her skin by way of a patch.

I'm not aware that "spunk" has any particular meaning in Danish. It might be slang for something, but I doubt it. I seem to recall some salty liquorice (salmiac) drop candy from my youth that were called "Spunk".
