oh I just found out I can't date women in my department. So all this is a moot point. I guess I should have read the employee manual . They give it to you on a CD, I just never got around to reading it. In any case, I'm sure she knows this, so this makes me thing she's just being an attention whore or flirty. I'm usually pretty good at spotting attention whores now (after my experiences a few years ago), but she threw me off I guess because she's single. Most AH's I dealt with were married or had a bf.

Then she tickles me on the stomach today. I'm not a big tickle fan. Wasn't tickling considered some form of medieval torture at the time? OK tickling isn't that bad, but I'm very ticklish and I just can't help it. So I kinda do need to find a way to keep her off me .

I live in a right to work state. It's not illegal, they'll just fire you or move you to another shift. I really don't want to risk being fired...

I'm beginning to think she might be into me (my last post I thought she was just an AW). She expressed interest (indirectly) about getting my phone number and going with her for drinks after work. I pretty much ignored that stuff. Usually I'm too dense to pick up on obvious signs like that (my previous girlfriends pretty much had to slap me aside the head and tell me they wanted to go out with me). Like I said, I tried to change the subject, and I try to avoid her when I can. I'm just not sure how long I'll hold out.

I joked around that I would never have a woman put me to work. When she mentioned a good woman should put men to work. I was joking, hopefully she realized I was joking (English is not her native language). But I might have been serious. I don't exactly like women nagging me to do stuff. And if she thought I was serious, maybe she'll stop pestering me. She actually did say that's why I'm still single because I don't let women put me to work. .

I refuse to accept that defetist attitude, I at one point in my life believed the same thing for myself. I spent a few months studying psychology, socialisingm and forcing myself into uncomfortable situations each a horror but each a learning experience. Untill finally I started to see results.

I know that to be true. How do I know my succes wasn't a freak event? I know because I have a new hot girlfriend. I went from a self-diagnosed love shy who hadn't even kissed a girl to an average Joe eager to improve untill now I am the one who is in demand. I now say no far more often than yes you can not imagine how this has improved every aspect of my life. Before I tought to myself 'I don't really need a woman. I can be happy alone.' I was wrong, I was rationalizing, I was continuing my learned helpless behaviour. You don't want to be a looser? Well stop being one! On to your dilema Dis, well if you are interested in her, then just man up and ask her out. Whats the worse that can happen?(other than being fired by your fascist employers!). She can say yes or no. neither is a big deal and if it is yes maybe you will find the right woman for you - you never know unless you take the chance.

If it doesnt work out then never mind, you are both adults so you go on as normal. If she says no atleast you know where you stand, and she will probably stop touching you. its a win-win....unless your employers fire you that is!(i really can't believe that rule!).
